Joanna always had a passion for the body and medicine, she obtained her Master's Degree from Collegium Medicum of Jagiellonian University in Poland. Joanna found her true passion and calling after arriving in Canada within the aesthetics industry where she found medical aesthetics allowing her to utilize her medical background and her passion for caring about others.
With over 12 years of experience in aesthetics working in medical spas as well as with plastic surgeons, she has not only refined her skills but also has learned which products and techniques yield the best results. Joanna's motto is to treat others the way you wish to be treated, meaning, with care and honesty. At Dermal Studio Joanna offers only those techniques and products that she believes in . Dr. Kumar has received extensive training through the Canadian Board of Aesthetic Medicine and has performed a wide range of cosmetic procedures including advanced Neurotoxin (Botox) and Dermal Fillers injections, Non-Surgical Face Lift (Thread Lift), Platelet Rich Plasma (PRP) and Platelet Rich Fibrin therapy, as well as migraines and TMJ pain and much more.

Dr. Kumar graduated from medical school at Dalhousie University and completed his Anesthesia Fellowship at the University of Toronto. He is a fellow of the Royal College of Physicians of Canada and a member of the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario.
