Cancellation Policy

Effective 09/01/2025 Dermal Studio will be updating our Booking and Cancellation Policy: At Dermal Studio we value and respect you, our client, and your time, ensuring services are scheduled and time is reserved solely for you. We therefore ask that should you not be able to keep your scheduled appointment you provide a minimum of 24hrs notice so that we have an opportunity to rebook your reserved time. As a boutique clinic offering high end services at reasonable rates, we rely on this ability to fill these spaces to keep our rates reasonable. Due to the increasing level of late cancellations, and no shows we unfortunately have made the decision to add a nominal booking fee of $25.00 for all bookings that will be credited in full against the cost of your scheduled service, however the $25.00 will become a cancellation fee for no show or cancelled appointments where 24hrs notice was not provided.
